🌍 Innovating the Future of Turf Management 🌍 Technology is transforming agriculture, and our students are leading the way! Through hands-on drone mapping and data analysis, our Turfgrass Management students in the College of Agriculture and Human Ecology at Tennessee Tech developed budgets and management plans tailored to real-world scenarios. Here, students used DroneDeploy to make a real-time map of the space surround in the Tennessee Tech Band field. 📊 They used Excel to calculate costs for seeding, fertilization, and pest control for the band field at Tennessee Tech, integrating precision agriculture techniques to make sustainable and effective decisions.
