2024 was a whirlwind. We hit milestones that still make me pause: • 253% revenue growth • Enterprise partnerships with companies over $70B in market cap • 218K+ active Theneo users • 120 new features launched • 10+ speaking engagements—including Harvard University But as proud as I am of these wins, the real story is our resilience. Early in the year, my grandmother’s Alzheimer’s progressed, and I became her caregiver. When I couldn’t be on calls, my team jumped in without a second thought. At the same time, they fought for their rights back home in Georgia—all while delivering cutting-edge innovations. This year was chaotic but deeply rewarding. I’m grateful for a team that had my back, partners who believed in our vision, and a community that trusted us with their work. Here’s to turning challenges into growth—and to an even bolder 2025!

💡 I speak with dozens of compliance leaders at banks and fintechs every week, and the patterns are clear — here are my predictions for 2025 ✅ FIs will realise AI can maximise both speed and strength: the time-old tradeoff between efficiency and robustness is being eliminated ✅ Trust in AI will soar: Guardrails will remain critical, but more compliance teams will embrace AI as the solution for scaling operations and meeting regulatory demands ✅ BPO centres will feel the squeeze: As financial services shift away from manual processes, the demand for outsourcing will drop significantly ✅ 24/7 continuous monitoring will dominate: Outdated periodic reviews will be replaced by real-time, always-on compliance across all checks The compliance landscape is shifting—stricter regulations and a push for efficiency are forcing a rethink.
