At Intuit, we believe that the most important job of our managers is to build a high-performance culture where our employees can do their best work. Recently, the vast majority of managers and directors from all global locations participated in Manager Foundations workshops, strengthening critical leadership capabilities and gaining valuable tools to support their teams' growth. The remaining managers will participate in this development experience virtually in the coming weeks. Being a people manager is one of the most important roles we have at Intuit as we transform into the largest AI-driven expert platform. Managers are responsible for developing employees and building high-performing teams to deliver for our customers daily. We will continue to invest in our leaders, providing opportunities to strengthen these critical capabilities in the coming months.
