Amazing experience at DevFest Cairo 2024. Organized in the extraordinary space of the GrEEK Campus, with an attendance that passed largely one thousand (and probably much more, at the time when I presented, around noon hours), it was possible by the great work done by GDG Cairo group, to which I am very grateful for inviting me and allowing me to experience that energy and enthusiasm that the local community has for AI/ML. My talk about how you can use Kaggle resources, Notebook, Datasets and Models to learn about Generative AI, experiment with LLMs, fine-tune models and more, was welcomed by the audience. I had to answer to many questions, on stage and off stage. The best question on stage, after my presentation, was awarded with a copy of my book on Developing Kaggle Notebooks, from Packt. I want to express my gratitude to the organizers, Google Developer Groups Cairo and especially to Mohamed Nagy Shehabeldin for inviting me and really making me feel at home during the event. I was amazed by the extraordinary energy of the audience, and the genuine enthusiasm of the young local professionals, students, researchers, engineers for Google technologies and AI.
