Meet Dave Gurley, a seasoned engineer at KAVX. Most days, he coordinates activities related to new equipment installations and commissions new machines. In addition, he corresponds with other locations and suppliers in Asia and Europe and regularly interacts with engineers in the KAVX El Salvador plant. When studying #KyoceraPhilosophy, one of the principles that resonated with him was "Live each day earnestly". To him, it means being an 'intentional' leader. Always be humble, thankful, cheerful, positive, and encouraging. Dave's dedication to this philosophy is not just a personal choice, but a professional commitment that has inspired many. Leadership training has, many times, been an inspiration to his career, and he highly recommends looking at the company's philosophy. Thank you, Dave, for your valuable insights. Your commitment to the #KyoceraPhilosophy, especially the principle of 'Living each day earnestly ', is truly inspiring. Keep up the good work! #Kyocera #KAVX #WeLoveEngineers #KyoceraPhilosophy #EmployeeSpotlight
