Over the past few months, we've been hearing a lot from our clients about the role of AI in DEI, HR, and L&D. Before the new year, I wanted to share an article written by our co-founder, Dr. Nabeel Ahmad, which was published in the October issue of TD Magazine, ATD's monthly publication. The article explores the impact of AI within L&D, and I believe you may find it insightful. https://lnkd.in/d_KxYJum

STAND AGAINST ANTISEMITISM. As we celebrate Rosh Hashanah and the start of 5785, let's also acknowledge a serious issue affecting many – the rise of antisemitism. Recent years have seen a worrying increase in hate crimes against the Jewish community. This isn't just a statistic, it's forcing people to change their daily lives just to feel safe. Antisemitism is more than just dislike. It's a complex and deeply rooted form of discrimination with harmful stereotypes and prejudices that affect millions. Our thought leadership paper, “Standing Against Antisemitism: Support Strategies for the Workplace”, offers valuable insights and actionable strategies for combating antisemitism in your workplace. Key actions you can take: ► Learn: Educate yourself about antisemitism and its history. ► Challenge: Don't let antisemitic stereotypes go unaddressed. ► Support: Be an active bystander and create a safe space for Jewish colleagues. Together, let's build a workplace where everyone feels included and respected. Download our paper to learn more and explore how YOU can make a difference: https://lnkd.in/gSnrZ3BX

  • Honoring Juneteenth To advance as a more inclusive society, it’s imperative we look back in celebration of the landmark moments that are part of our heritage, reflecting upon past societal wins and collective wrongs, educating on the impact felt today, and making room for understanding and growth. Today, June 19th, marks the 159th anniversary of Juneteenth—the oldest known commemoration of the end of slavery in the United States. Celebrating the Juneteenth holiday alone is not enough to create fundamental change, but it can foster education and awareness and propel us to consider how we create truly inclusive and equitable cultures. It serves as a moment of reflection, as well as celebration, and a moment to consider the work ahead that is needed to build equitable and inclusive cultures for our Black colleagues. To further empower both companies and individuals in their commitment to supporting Black employees not only on Juneteenth but every day, we invited you to download, read, and share our friend changeforce's resource "How to Support Black Employees on Juneteenth and Every Other Day of the Year" (link in comments). How can we foster greater understanding and equity for Black employees? Share your thoughts in the comments below! #Juneteenth #DEI #InclusiveOrganizations #InclusiveLeadership
