🌟 Gallatin, we’re online! Meta’s Gallatin Data Center is officially serving traffic and becoming a key part of our global infrastructure! This facility helps connect billions of people across the world and represents a $1.5B investment in Tennessee. In Sumner County, we support over 100 operational jobs at the data center, partner with local schools and nonprofits, including recently announcing we’re partnering with Gallatin Shalom Zone to restore a historic gym, and prioritize sustainability by matching the Gallatin Data Center’s electricity use with 100% renewable energy and planting pollinator habitats. 🌱 We’re proud to call Gallatin home and look forward to continuing our long-term commitment to the community. As we continue to explore new post-training techniques, today we're releasing Llama 3.3 — a new open source model that delivers leading performance and quality across text-based use cases such as synthetic data generation at a fraction of the inference cost. The models are available now on llama.com and on Hugging Face — and will be available for deployment soon through our broad ecosystem of partner platforms.
