The NAMIC AIM report for 2024 has been released (https://lnkd.in/gd5Zs-Az)! Yesterday's insightful virtual Diversity Town Hall, featuring Nilda Cid Gumbs (Chief of Staff, NCTA - The Internet & Television Association) as moderator and speakers Anne-Marie Burton, (Chief of Strategy and Programs, NAMIC) and Shebani Patel (Principal, Workforce Transformation, PwC US Consulting LLP), was a fabulous discussion of the results. This engaging town hall showcased how the latest AIM findings underscore the value of tracking DEI metrics, aligning them with organizational goals, and driving meaningful progress. A recording of the virtual town hall is now available for members via the NAMIC Online Learning Center. Those interested in NAMIC membership should visit https://lnkd.in/dUEQZjyT to sign up and access this resource and many others.

Vice President @ Spectrum | Fortune 100 | 2024 NAMIC Luminary Award Recipient | WICT Greater Texas Board of Directors

On my way ✈️ to attend the 38th Annual NAMIC Conference in NYC, October 22-23, 2024! I’m incredibly grateful to be recognized with the 2024 NAMIC Luminary Award 🏆, alongside other inspiring individuals. This honor reflects the collective effort to make our communities and workplaces more equitable, open, and truly representative. Diversity and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords—they are the heartbeat 💓 of progress. Every voice matters, every story counts, and when we lift each other up, we unlock the full potential of our teams, companies, and society. I share 🫶🏽 this recognition with the Spectrum teammates and leaders who have challenged the status quo, advocated for others, and worked tirelessly to create spaces where everyone—regardless of background, race, gender, or ability—feels valued and heard. This is just a reminder that our work is far from done. We must keep pushing, learning, and striving for a world 🌎 where everyone can thrive. Thank you 🙏 to my incredible coworkers and leaders for making this possible. Let’s keep moving forward together! 🚀 https://namic.com/awards/ https://lnkd.in/g2DrrN3p https://lnkd.in/giQiHd5u #NAMIC #SPECTRUM #CHARTER #DIVERSITY
