    and that's a wrap on Oyster®'s AMER BDR meet up in Austin 🤠🥹🫶🏼 Last week, the inbound and outbound teams took off for our first ever team meetup and was it ever a whirlwind! As someone who is always preaching about building a positive work culture, I'm beyond grateful to be part of a team that truly lives and breathes this (appreciate y'all 💗) Not only did I learn tons of new tips and tricks but I'm also nursing a sore throat from singing along at karaoke and a bellyache from laughing so hard. This is exactly why I'm such an advocate for culture and inclusion in the workplace. When you create an environment where people feel comfortable sharing their ideas, collaborating freely, and having fun - nothing beats it! And it just goes to show that remote companies can still create these types of environments, we certainly have. It's all about the effort everyone puts in and using tools that allow us to collaborate so easily with each other. Big shoutout to Grace Vander Werf & Stefanos Chatzimarkou for pulling off this amazing meetup and bringing together a group of individuals that just *click* together 🪄 Can't wait to do it all again soon 👀
