Spotify puts the spotlight on… Work From Anywhere. ⭐️ Back in 2021, Spotify introduced the Work From Anywhere policy, giving our bandmates the flexibility to work from an office, remotely, or a mix of both. Are there any lessons to share? Absolutely! A few highlights include reduced attrition, a more efficient recruitment process, access to a broader talent pool, and enhanced diversity and inclusion within the band. Curious to learn more?
