The Mass Grading Crew performed above and beyond at our latest job for JE Dunn Construction - State of Emergency Ops Center in Blaine. With 38 years experience under his belt, Our Foreman Wade came up with a game plan that got the job done 2 weeks ahead of schedule and supported the next sub-contractors getting on site to race the frost. Our talented field crews and supportive office staff made it happen in 2023. The fleet grew, the team grew, and we successfully expanded into a new market sector with our first MnDot job as a Certified DBE company. We built relationships with new customers, connected with our community, and continued to develop our own people first by successfully completing our first “Culture Academy” Session with Repurposed Educator .
