"In order to see consistent and improving success in scaling your automated outbound program, you need to be consistently involved in the process from end to end. You'll see 75% of the value within the first few weeks of spinning up the program, but the incremental 25% comes from maintaining a schedule of iteration and improvement that will multiply the success you see." What's been your biggest win in experimenting with different intent signals and plays? "It's been really rewarding to see the team get excited about our product booking meetings with qualified companies. It's also been phenomenal to monitor our results week over week, seeing some of the most simple plays like LinkedIn engagement and Website visitors drive consistent meetings. Creating a recurring stream of meetings is no easy feat and requires great teamwork and coordination across our Growth team." What's one misconception about running automated outbound at scale that most GTM teams get wrong?
