As Eagle coordinator I facilitate the Scouts with their advancement and projects once they reach the rank of Life.
I took over troop at the request of the previous Scoutmaster and parents. Recruited committee of leadership from parents and local community leadership. Developed annual plan and budget. Increased recruitment 400% in first year. Earned gold unit award for excellence in program delivery and detail in first year.
Provided leadership and training to boys aged 11-18 in the Boy Scouts of America program. Successfully participated in youth protection training from local council. Led adults and Scouts in fundraising activities. Led crew on high adventure hikes and campouts. Delivered training in skills for merit badges. Sat on Boards of Review for Eagle Scouts. -

I was called upon to be a part of this task force as a representative of the IT community. The Mayor of Columbus, Ohio formed a special task force to inquire into the role of technology and the future of the City of Columbus and the greater Central Ohio area.

I served as a representative for the IT industry on this committee.
The Governor of Ohio launched his Third Frontier Project to create new, high paying jobs for Ohioans by accelerating the growth of technology enterprises in Ohio. This program was set to invest $1.6 billion over a 10 year period and focus on key clusters of Ohio’s technology strength: Advanced Materials; Bioscience; Information Technology.
Task force created a strategy prospectus for their cluster that provided…I served as a representative for the IT industry on this committee.
