Development Council members are passionate Duke ambassadors who encourage other young alumni to actively engage with and support Duke. They are seen as Duke’s emerging young alumni leaders with their leadership support to the Duke Annual Fund and by helping other young alumni understand how gifts to the Annual Fund have meaningful impact for current Duke students and for our entire Duke community. Duke YADC members are also often found in other Duke regional and reunion leadership roles.

The program provides young leaders with a four-year scholarship, including undergraduate tuition, mandatory fees, room and board, unique access to the academic and extracurricular offerings at both Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill and three summers of domestic and international experiences.
