“I got talked into taking "one last role" as a family leave back fill at Google reporting to Desiree. I can't say enough good things about her! There was no transition from the person going out to me starting and Desiree has been there at my side and available to answer the "how to do it here questions", to fight and escalate, to keep me sane as the role has morphed a few times. As someone with a lot of ABM experience myself, I was impressed with her level of expertise and recommendations, as they have been spot on. She's a very knowledgeable ABM Marketeer, an available but hands off manager and to top it all off, a very nice, fun to work with person.
