You have dissatisfied customers on social media. How can you transform them into brand advocates?
I've seen firsthand how ignoring dissatisfied customers can backfire. At a previous company, an unanswered complaint escalated into a lawsuit and a PR nightmare that lingered for years. When I took over, I responded to hundreds of negative reviews, even from people who hadn't been to the establishment. By inviting them in for a positive experience, we turned around about 70% of those reviews. The lesson is clear: address complaints promptly and shift the conversation to a private channel where you can resolve the issue and exceed expectations.
