Children
On a weekly basis I would volunteer to operate the scoreboard for a youth basketball league. This league had a few employees but did not have the budget to maintain the league without volunteers like myself. Youth basketball taught me how to be disciplined and persistent when aspiring towards a goal. These childhood lessons helped shape me into the man I am today so I was happy to give these kids the same opportunities I had growing up.
