After working with her for nearly 5 years and seeing the impacts she’s had on our company, I don’t think I can do her justice with just a blurb, but I’ll give it a try here as I can’t speak highly enough of her. I hired Lindsey as an early employee to lead and grow our Customer Service function and to serve on our Senior Leadership Team. She was such an amazing addition to a young, inexperienced org. What made her effective across a range of responsibilities was her blend of intuitiveness, courage, scrappiness, and empathy; those traits gave her the unique ability to influence and execute cross-functionally and across all levels of the company. On top of all her talents, Lindsey is simply a wonderful human- a pleasure to work with and a joy to be around. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to call her a colleague and a friend.”
