Interesting read in Harvard Business Review recently about how Generative AI could help companies leverage customer feedback more effectively. This is a great example of integrating technology to automate tasks. While Thomas Davenport does not suggest that humans need to be removed from all levels of customer feedback, he does point out that using AI To sift through feedback, point out customer pain points, and recommend key issues and solutions would allow customer service experts and workers to spend more time actually helping customers rather than analyzing data. Leveraging AI in this way could be useful to supply chains as it would remove much of the burden of understanding customers' main issues and instead allow us to get to the real work of addressing the problems more effectively and efficiently. #GenerativeAI #SupplyChains #CustomerFeedback

In the midst of so much bad climate news, it would have been easy to miss these major decarbonization steps in the US just since January. Looking at the details, I am impressed by the thoughtful approach in each case. This is REAL #decarbonization at work.
