Here's how you can handle difficult clients with assertiveness training programs.
Setting boundaries is key. Establishing clear expectations from the beginning can usually avoid challenges later on. One note, though, is that you have to repeat the boundaries several times. Just because they are written in the proposal, the client will likely not remember everything weeks later. Reinforce the boundaries and create opportunities to check in on expectations frequently.

You’re designing a professional email template. How can you ensure it’s effective and engaging?
I'm a huge believer that the purpose of every email is to earn a click. Whether it's to "Learn More" about the topic you are presenting or to "Book an Appointment," or to "Buy Now,"- make sure every email has some sort of action for the reader to take. Not only will this force you to make your content more engaging, you can better track the effectiveness of your email program.

What are the best ways to identify gaps in your digital content?
While conducting an audit, remember to review not just blog posts, but also landing pages and offers. An excellent tactic is to identify content that is helpful for your persona but is a little outdated. "Freshening up" older content with new information, updated statistics and more targeted key phrases is a time-saving way to make existing content more effective. An effective audit includes an action plan for what to keep, what to repurpose, and what to update.

What are the best ways to identify gaps in your digital content?
Absolutely work backwards from the goals you want to achieve and to best do that, it's important to know your audience. You'll want to have content for every stage of the customer's journey. What questions do they have about the problem you solve for them? What action do you want them to take when they first hear about your solution? What content would be helpful when they are comparing options? When defining your goals, put yourself in your persona's shoes and think in terms of what will be valuable enough for them to move further down your sales funnel.

Authors Ressler and Thompson began their work together at a Fortune 100 company where they are credited with revolutionizing the workplace. Why Managing Sucks and How to Fix It shows how Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) will make you or your organization more entrepreneurial, more connected with the broader trends in your industry, and more willing to take smart risks. It explains how to set clear, measurable expectations and focus on the endpoint as opposed to managing the process that gets you there.
