“I had the pleasure of working closely with Saikat as an Engineering Leader for .NET on AWS. Saikat consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to delivering customer value. He played a pivotal role in shaping the .NET on AWS charter, navigating complexities and ambiguity of the domain, and identifying new growth opportunities. Under his leadership, the team executed impactful projects like domain-less and domain-joined gMSA on ECS and Fargate, Core WCF support, Porting Advisor for Graviton, and .NET containerized builds on SAM CLI. Even with the variety and scope of these projects, Saikat’s ability to forge relationships, influence cross-functional stakeholders and align priorities enabled seamless collaboration across teams. As a people leader, Saikat effectively coached and managed individuals at different stages in their career journey and guiding both high and under-performing individuals. This helped positively impact team performance and morale. His dedication to operational excellence, adaptability, and self-awareness make him an exceptional leader. I highly recommend Saikat for any role that requires vision, collaboration, and technical expertise.”
