“I had the honour and pleasure of working with Sherina in 2018 at the D&AD Festival. It was our mission, as Jury members, to judge and select the best creative work for what is considered to be the most prestigious and rigorous design and advertising award show in the world. Sherina is a naturally born leader with a powerful presence and the ability to think disruptively. I view Sherina's approach to producing creative work as the only way for the advertising industry to grow and improve in the coming decades. In addition to her genuine and extremely intense emotional investment in her work, Sherina is also never intimidated, she is able to illuminate crucial issues that might have been obscured and to always lay emphasis on fundamental human aspects of the work. For her, the struggle is not just for a good creative idea, or to win an award, but it is always an opportunity to open paths, to progress, to diversify, to value, to include and connect with the world that we are really all living in and building together. As she acts fast, this urgency demands us all to also act. Sherina comes to advertising to make us proud of what we do and to be at our best.
