How can you build rapport with clients who have limited mobility?
Being genuine & leveling with people has really been my key to success. I talk to people like people and let them Know I'm a regular guy... Just happen to work in sales. A lot of time we get overwhelmed talking to people and forget that, it's just a conversation. Stop selling and learn to communicate. Have good conversations and treat everybody with the same level of respect. (Treat the custodian with the same level of respect as the millionaire CEO.)

Why is coaching and mentoring crucial for your training programs?
Both are crucial for the mentor and mentee... It's very important for a person to acknowledge that we all have room to grow and further our understanding. Being coachable; remaining open minded and sharing best practices to experience winning/losing as a team. Sometimes people can burn out or lose sight, it's great to look at things from a 2nd perspective and support one another.

LEADERSHIFT 2024
This program is intended for sellers who aspire to compete for sales leader positions and are committed to developing their leadership skills through training, relationship building, and a stretch (project) assignment. All of which is integral to enhancing a seller’s personal brand exposure.
