Comission reports for our agents went out today. Had one agent I recruited get his first 5 figure weekly check. He barley made 5 figures in a month as a severely underpaid w2 rep. His text to me was “ this feels crazy”. He’s overjoyed. He will make more this year than most executives at large w2 brokerages. Now he will have the money to do some of the things he wants to do. Not a bad situation, no boss, no KPIs, work from home, backend support, and a LOT more money. Stories like this is why I enjoy what I do. I've talked to a lot of companies lately that just aren’t aware that not recording meal breaks in California can lead to a Class Action Lawsuit. I've also seen companies on the other side of those lawsuits, and it sucks. It’s crazy how many business owners are completely unaware of the risks.
