- [Instructor] All right, let's take a look at asset lifecycle and other consideration factors that you should think about. The first step for you is going to be research. What are the devices or assets that we're going to require? Are they the best one for the job? Might we need multiple versions of it? For example, it's not a one-size-fits-all for Office licenses. You may be using some E3, an E5, some Copilot, some Teams Premium, depending on what your operating system is and how you're using it. But taking a look and seeing, what is the big trends? Is there new versions coming? You don't want to pay for a version at full price and find out it's going to be discounted a few weeks later because a new version's going to be coming out.
