- All right, we've covered a lot today. Now let's just recap what we've covered. We talked about what is an IT Asset Manager and the role in organizations for ITAM. We talked about understanding the different types of managed assets and the difference between ITAM and procurement, inventory lifecycle, ITAM tools, and how to assess and understand ITAM maturity in your organization. We also showed you the ISO methodology. We talked about the importance of effective communication of your goals to the key stakeholders in your organization, as well as integration to align to key business drivers and goals. We broke the assets down into their four key categories: HAM, SAM, SEAM, and (indistinct). We also discussed asset lifecycles and the different types of assets within there.
