I still remember at the start of my career being super nervous when I had to deliver bad news or complications to very senior stakeholders. Until I heard about the SCQA framework (Sadly, not a great abbreviation, but anyway...) The point is - lead with the conclusion and follow SCQA: 🔍 S: What is the current (S)ituation? ⚠️ C: What (C)omplication has created the problem? ❓ Q: What's the one key (Q)uestion that needs to be addressed? 💡 A: What's the (A)nswer to that question or the recommended (A)answer?
