Love this mindset Andrey Kudievskiy. It always good to give out compliments like this, especially if true and organic, as you never know what someone may be going through in their personal life. Hearing something like this may make their day and help them "keep going" through a stressful time! Also, they may be willing to mentor/guide as well. You never know unless you say something.
I enjoy telling people that I love, respect & admire them, I want them to know that, it's important to me. Sometimes, it takes years to realize people's impact on us, so why not reach out & tell them about it :) So I'll take this chance to thank you & the entire team at Distillery ❤️

1moI feel that being honest and authentic in such a way is very important, even if it catches the other person by surprise. It is nice to feel seen, and recognized in our efforts, so I'm personally fond of this approach to business relationships and find it refreshing.
