It is sad that some agencies will do anything to win a business, even if it puts their new clients at risk. Looking out for Amazon Sellers is what we do... We compare this to the following example 👇 A professional athlete who is coming off an injury who thinks they are "healthy enough", but in reality isn't 100% ready to go. As a coach/organization you have to look out for the long term health of that player and not the instant gratification you get of having them out there. It is difficult at times, but you often have to tell them to take a seat. The same methodology applies to Sellers who want instant wins, want to cut corners and cheat the system. Sometimes you have to be straight with them and tell them the instant gratification they'd get by cutting corners now will impact the long term health of their business. If you are a Amazon Seller, always choose the auditing partner that puts your best interests first. Easy wins might sound great, but at what cost? #Amazon #FBA #AmazonRefunds

Good Evening Folks Ashish Mittal Abhinav Singh Deepti Anand Shankar Nath Dutta Neethu Ann Sam Amazon Amazon Business Just wanted to show you all about the on-ground reality & the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE that you & and team are trying to build, is not working well. This message is to convey a repetitive series of unethical action by the DELIVERY team at Amazon India. Next few lines will describe the issue + frustration. 8th July'24 A prepaid order is placed on the Amazon India App, that shows delivery due on 11th July'24. On the order delivery date, around 6pm the assigned contact number for the delivery address receives a call that rings for less than 1 second and gets disconnected. The customer (my wife) seeing that, immediately calls back in a hope that her order has come but the IVR asks for a 4-digit PIN, which we have no access to & never got. 10 minutes later, the status on the Amazon India App for this particular 'pre-paid' order reads as: Carrier unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact the carrier for next steps. NOW, imagine the same scenario happening with us for the 4th time, after ensuring all orders are pre-paid + DELIVERY team repetitively updating wrong status, without making a real attempt at delivering an order. And the order never reaches & goes back to the seller. Since 11th July'24, I personally have spent more time than ever needed to chat with customer support & speak on call to seniors in the customer support team, escalating about this & raising tickets & being assured of delivering within the desired stipulated time & yet failing to receive ANY call from the local amazon warehouse/delivery team. Yes, I am angry because there are unethical actions, false status updates and it is unacceptable, which also will eventually lead to legal complications, if the delivery team fails to deliver our order today before EOD. Testing a common man's patience can really affect teams, badly. And I will ensure that happens subject to fulfillment of the desired services that have been paid for, in advance. I am happy to talk, share more details wrt my order, in an official private chat.
