1dAmazon Business hi Amazon I have ordered from Amazon fresh order id :: 404-4927590-5645955, total 31 items I have ordered on 29 Th and 30 it was delivered. One Cadbury chococales packet was empty. On 8 Th I have open packet and found it was empty, Same day I have called Amazon they forwarded call thrice and last they said complaint is raised and take follow up after 5 days, I called today for follow up but they said we are not able to see any history of ur call and today freshly lodge complaint. I want to know why this lag is there. Also raising complaint you have 48 hrs tat , this is base less I have ordered 30 items how I can open and check each item with in 48 hrs , tat should me more should be based on quantity orderd . I don’t know if my concern will resolve or not . Still worried if I again call Amazon they will say no records for ur order, and same old thing they will do.
