Man and woman are genders and male and feminine are traits or characrteristics. Now traits are independent of genders that is a man can have male or feminine charactritcs. Male characteristics are associated with asertiveness , aggretion or leadership.Similarly the feminine characteristics are associated with empathy, nurturing, growth. Now if we put a woman in leadership roles but she is having feminine traits then she will be under constant stress and may not perform as expected. Therefore besides gender we shouls also analyse traits before putting the person in specific roles.
