🌾Reflecting on My Internship Experience at Agriventure 🌱 I am thrilled to share that I have successfully completed my two-month internship with Agriventure on a contract basis. This journey has been a remarkable learning experience, providing me with valuable insights into the agricultural practices in the district of Bogra. During this period, I delved deep into the farming landscape, exploring: 🔸 The most cultivated crop varieties and their rotation practices. 🔸 The costs and income associated with farming activities. 🔸 The challenges farmers face in their cultivation practices. One striking observation was that most farmers do not calculate their cost-benefit ratio, and nearly 97% lack proper training in modern cultivation techniques. This gap highlights the urgent need for awareness and education in adopting efficient farming practices to improve productivity and profitability. This experience not only enhanced my understanding of rural agriculture but also strengthened my resolve to contribute toward empowering farmers with knowledge and sustainable solutions. Looking forward to new opportunities to continue making a difference in the agriculture sector! 🌾✨
