Training programs are developed based on the needs of the enforcement unit or agency. That's a process in itself. What our team at Tirsia Tactical doesn't do is... 'off the shelf-one size fits all' programming.
Last week, training was completed for 2 different By-Law teams.
Here, we covered vehicle inspections as one of the modules in their in-service program and refined the standard operating guidelines to conduct an inspection as well as addressing potential threats in relation to vehicle-based environments.

Last week, the Peel Spotlight Report on the Policing response to ASB was released.
It underpins what I suspect many of us are already aware.
The best ASB service is provided where:
✔️ IT supports what we do and quality data helps inform decisions
✔️ Parnership working is strong, with all agencies stepping up
✔️ Prevention and early intervention is recognised and embedded
✔️ Officers are provided the training and support required
