To say this prosecution is insane, ridiculous, and draconian is an understatement. Even the most earnest Bolsheviks and evil tyrants of history would have winced given the chance to hear the facts and the legal reasoning of the prosecution and the court in this case. So given that your expressed views on a subject are known, and given that you have confessed verbally to certain thoughts in your mind, in line with those views of yours, this should be enough for criminal prosecution against you?! Did I get this right, or is it really that the UK justice system has completely turned full-blown dictatorial and is denying the most fundamental and sacred human rights of freedom of conscience, thought and expression to its citizens?! It is a crime in the UK to harbor certain thoughts while in public. Are they crazy? Or am I? How is this case even a legal matter, being so out of this world? The legal reasoning for this prosecution is worse than that of the communist judges I first faced when I defended Christians and churches right after the collapse of communism.

The authors asserts "First, we did observe significant differences in the defendant profile characteristics by race. Higher PTRA scores (and a subsequent increase in the likelihood of a higher PTRA classification) and the frequency of firearms offenses were significantly more prevalent for Black defendants than for White defendants. Nearly 55 percent of White defendants fell into PTRA categories II through V, but almost 80 percent of Black defendants fell into these same categories. Second, revocation rates did not differ significantly by race in the bivariate analysis (9.23 for White defendants v. 8.92 for Black defendants), and this finding persisted in the multivariate analysis after controlling for demographic characteristics, offense-related characteristics, risk, supervision conditions, and officers' recommendations for release or detention. Third, the PTRA performed as expected
