Fixing cars are just very time-consuming and can be a real hassle at times, and who knows better than an expert automotive technician…There is something I've noticed over the years that the most exploited workers are auto technicians, mentally and physically exhausted for minimum wage and I definitely can see why so many automotive dealerships would be struggling to stop the curve of revenue dropping with the end number of reasons. Current technologies make diagnosing cars a lengthy process which most of the technicians don't get paid for (not well). Unfortunately, they still get treated by some complacent service managers like grease monkeys.. If dealers would pay their technicians properly instead of turning the showrooms into glorified hotel lobbies, maybe they would be able to retain some good people.. People don't quit jobs, they quit bad management with inadequate resources. Never take your “mechanics” for granted. Respect for the soldier in the workshop trying to save the day..

Creating content about the automotive industry can be an opportunity, but the premise on which much of that content is being created is deeply concerning.
