Although this article was published 2.5 years ago, it is very much still relevant. Ann Hiatt writes about the power of infinite learning - something I hammer on about at Incubeta as well. As Hiatt put it: "The challenge of learning new skills and mastering them is a reward in and of itself, but it also qualifies us for higher achievements the next time." And, like Hiatt, I also feel strongly that my job should give as much to me as I give to it, meaning that what you "give in terms of time, effort, and risk-taking should be rewarded with learning, skill, growth, and empowered advancement".
