New auction element in documentation Dario Zannoni found this new documentation in the Google Ads auction docs called "the competitiveness of an auction,". It suggests that if an ad's rank significantly exceeds its competitors', it might incur a higher cost per click due to the increased certainty of winning. This departure from the expected bidding dynamics prompts questions about its prevalence and impact on ad auctions. The factor has been documented in older help documents, and the updated help article provides further insights into this aspect of the auction process. #PPC #SEA #Ads

💁♂️Deals🤝 1. Open Auction: This is like an open marketplace where anyone can bid for ad placements. It's competitive, and the highest bidder wins. You have little control over where your ads appear. 2. Private Auction: This is similar to an open auction but with a twist — only select buyers are invited to bid. It gives you more control over where your ads show up while still being competitive. 3. Preferred Deal: In this type, you negotiate directly with the publisher on the price for the inventory before it goes to auction. You get a set price but don’t guarantee a purchase, so it's flexible. 4. Programmatic Guaranteed (PG): This is a guaranteed deal where you and the publisher agree on price and inventory amount in advance. It’s a one-to-one arrangement, so you’re assured that your ads will show as agreed. #DigitalMarketing

Alright, adCasa users, here's the deal. Do you know what First Position Bid Estimate means in the digital advertising world? Let's chew on that for a bit. Imagine you're at an auction, and you're eyeing this timeless, cherry-red classic car. Its polished shine sparkles dazzlingly under the room’s dim lighting. You can practically hear the roar of its engine, feel the smooth leather beneath your fingers. You want the car—no, you NEED it. But alas, there are other bidders in the room. Now, instead of just bidding any random number, wouldn't it be nice if you had an estimate of what the highest bid could be to get your hands on that car? Erm, yup! That's where the First Position Bid Estimate comes roaring into the picture. This nifty tool isn't about engines or dazzling paint jobs, but about your Ads. It refers to the approximate cost-per-click
