Added Interstitial Ads to My Android App... I recently worked on integrating interstitial ads into my Android app. These full-screen ads show up after every 3 actions (capping) in the app making sure they appear at the right time and does not disruptive the user. After each ad is shown (onAdImpression()) I reset the counter. Why Use Interstitial Ads? Better Engagement: Since they take up the whole screen, they catch the user’s attention better than regular ads. More Revenue: Because they’re more noticeable, they often lead to higher click rates. User-Friendly: When placed at the right moments they don’t interrupt the user’s experience. Where Are They Used? These ads work best in apps with natural breaks, like games, news apps, or media players. The goal is to show ads when the user is already taking a pause. #AndroidDevelopment #MobileAds #InterstitialAds #AppMonetization #MobileApps #AdIntegration #AndroidStudio #UserExperience #AdMob #GoogleAds #MonetizationStrategy #AppDevelopment #XML #JetpackCompose #Kotlin
