I just completed Pinsent Masons's Introduction to Law on Forage. In the simulation I: Completed a job simulation involving reviewing unactioned emails, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing time management for efficient work planning. Successfully drafted board minutes for borrower and guarantor companies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Created a comprehensive training presentation with five slides, covering key legal sections, contract vs. deed differences, and valid execution methods. I just finished the Freshfields UK Commercial Law Virtual Work Experience Program on Forage. It was great to do such a realistic job simulation where I was advising clients, analysing documents, recommending settlement terms based on evidence analysis and pitching Freshfields' services to potential clients. I just completed Morrison Foerster's Legal Career Job Simulator's course on Litigation through Forage.com. Why is this significant to prospective employers: I completed a simulation course focused on trade secrets; I learned to distinguish between what is and is not a trade secret; and I drafted an revised an email to counsel high-level employees on trade secrets and how to comply with obligations to their former employer. In the simulation I: - Completed a job simulation involving a hypothetical transaction for Slaughter and May’s commercial law team. - Pitched the client on the firm’s M&A expertise and provided partner recommendations. - Proofread a draft Head of Terms for spelling, grammar, and any missing information. - Summarised key learnings from a conference call to inform a partner about a new client.
