Positive thinking and being grateful have been shown to improve sleep, decrease depression, lower blood pressure, improve immune function, and improve your overall health. Keeping a journal of the little things that brought joy to your life can sometimes help you remember. Take care of yourself, both physically and mentally! It's not about your skin, it's about nourishing your body and moving it. Remember, most people aren't thinking negatively about you, they're focused on their own struggles. You can't control their thoughts, but you can control yours. Focus on self-care and respect for others. Fear can have a negative impact on your body, so let's try to manage it. When you feel overwhelmed, go back to your breath. Stay tuned for next week's discussion on the importance of the tongue! Hydration and good food are important, but we also need to take care of our mental well-being. Our bodies can't heal if we're constantly in a high alert state. Are you there? Pay attention to the little things that trigger you. Reframe your thought process and stop trying to guess what others are thinking. It's not good for your health. Have a wonderful day and remember to take care of yourself! #selfcare #mentalhealth #breathe #reframeyourthoughts #hydration #goodfood #mindbodyconnection #highalertstate #selfawareness #selflove #tonguehealth #wellbeing #positivethinking #takecareofyourself Join my exclusive Face book page; https://lnkd.in/dpHGEwfU
