Dealers and customers continue feel the effects of the ongoing cyber attack on CDK Global. For some context, CDK is a very large dealership software that many auto dealers use to run nearly every aspect of their dealerships, from finance to sales to even the service department, all rely on this software. This outage has left about 15,000 dealers in the dark, scrambling to come up with analog solutions to operate. And it’s not just CDK, this has affected DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and CRM. Friday Feedback: Partners say their business operations did not take a hit during the CDK system outage, thanks to ICOM AI.
