𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓: We worked with Climate Change AI and Data Innovators to understand Grand Challenge initiatives in AI for climate and nature. Commissioned by the Bezos Earth Fund, this report analyzed 200+ programs to provide an in-depth guide on how to design and run Grand Challenges. It supported the development of BEF's $100-million #AIforClimateandNature Grand Challenge. CODE contributed to this report by conducting interviews with organizers, participants, judges, and other Grand Challenge stakeholders.
