Don't just look at awards. Look at the impact... Identika's campaign for the Virginia Department of Health in collaboration with the NoVa TB Taskforce did more than win an award. It helps change lives.  🇺🇸🇺🇦🇳🇮🇻🇪🇭🇹🇨🇺 The Tuberculosis Campaign showed how powerful health communication can be. It tackles prevention for a disease that is often ignored. Through digital outreach, traditional media, community events, and education, it raised awareness. This wasn't just about marketing. It was about saving lives, especially among underserved and vulnerable communities. This is one amazing talk. Wellbeing is a personal choice, but companies who have a strategy and invest in their employees' wellbeing are essentially investing in their future, positioning themselves as attractive brands. From the content, it's hard to link to ROI in a way the C-suite will understand. The Wellbeing strategies are essential to attracting and retaining top talent.The best indicator is engagement, followed by attrition and absence . An interesting point was made on the languishing point, where employees are kind of ok, but it takes very little for them to drop to minus,which becomes an issue. This talk boosted my confidence in the program EMAAA has created, where the first 2 pillars are No Burnout On My Watch ( Foundation 9 weeks) and Radical Responsibility (9 weeks). Because we give people practical tools to create their wellbeing, and companies a comprehensive program that can be extended into a long term strategy.

Innovation in action

Just landed back in Edinburgh after an inspiring few days with lots of other pharmacy groups and innovative suppliers in Spain. Pharmacy First was the main topic of conversation, and how we square the circle of doing more work for not very much extra funding. The phrase "we need to box clever" was used a few times and it is clear that process automation in all its forms is critical if we are to enable our teams to realise the opportunities we have. Most of the groups there are already doing this (a good proportion already using MedPoint for automating collections) and I think a few more now realise that it's not just a gimmick to attract new customers. #247prescriptioncollection is a key piece of the jigsaw of solutions that will enable our teams to up-skill and deliver the higher value services, both NHS and private, that are now available to us. #digitalpharmacy #innovation
