Já tentei por dezenas de vezes preencher um formulário sugerido pela Microsoft, porém recebo em segundos após o preenchimento do formulário a negativa por e-mail de que o formulário foi preenchido incorretamente ou faltando informações, detalhe que preencho com todas as informações e com riqueza de detalhes. A Microsoft não tem um suporte de atendimento para seus clientes, eu tenho informações importantíssimas da minha vida nesse e-mail, e eles não se importam com isso! Preciso acessar esse e-mail, tenho problemas de saúde e exames que podem me ajudar no e-mail. Essa verificação deles é feita por um robô que responde em segundos após o envio do formulário. É UM ABSURDO, um ROBÔ fazer a verificação de um e-mail que tem a sua vida lá dentro. Microsoft eu suplico por uma ajuda! Preciso da recuperação de acesso a esse e-mail. Façam um atendimento HUMANIZADO!
