Highest potential value lies in enhancing clinical productivity and improving patient engagement and experience. There is a significant opportunity for healthcare consumers to actively engage and understand their healthcare needs and wants, as well as how to navigate the healthcare ecosystem effectively. #Healthcare #PatientEngagement #ClinicalProductivity

Interesting to see that the respondents were equally interested in pursuing solutions across all parts of the business and not more heavily weighted in the patient experience/clinical productivity piece. I actually suspect that there's a significant opportunity to bring efficiency across the internal ops of plans as well as on the financial/actuarial side that doesn't get talked about. The clinical and patient improvements are obvious and needed, but I suspect many plans are still behind when it comes to the other aspects of their business. Thanks for sharing!

Completely agree here Mike. Feel like a lot of health plans get really excited about these point solutions that end up with low utilization because the engagement and navigation engine to drive members isn’t there.
