No matter how Good you are! Sometimes you need to draw boundaries with people around you! Every Human operates in different Levels in the society! Perhaps in some rare cases they might be educated with a little or no EQ! It’s not your job or role to teach them Humanity! You may try for once or twice! After that, you should stop and let it be! They are responsible for their Own Journey in Life and not You! Best Regards, Mona

"No Man Is an Island". These words are as relevant today as when John Donne, an English Poet and Cleric, expressed them in 1624. The man that John Donne refers to, is a person. It has nothing to do with gender or sexual orientation. Human beings need human beings. I am because you are. Human beings thrive in the presence of other human beings. Human beings are social beings. We form associations. We need to belong. We need community. We associate ourselves. We form communities. We seek counsel. We subject ourselves to critique. We look for mentors and coaches. We are stronger together. Of course, we must be deliberate about our communities of choice. I have benefitted from being part of communities. I am because of the community. The community provides a platform for making a meaningful contribution to humanity. Because no man is an island, man continuously looks for opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to humanity. I cannot imagine what life would look like if man was an island. Indeed, as John Donne said in 1624, "No Man Is an Island".

Competition is a socially construct phenomenon. As children we are taught that success is measured by achievements. This emphasis, sadly, creates a narrative that self worth is contingent upon outperforming others. It fosters the mindset of scarcity diminishing the collaboration and community. Over time, it can foster the belief that validation comes primarily from external recognition while, in fact, winning is a short term self esteem boost that tends to deepen our self worth issues. The Native American mythology believes that within us we all carry both good wolf and bad wolf. The good wolf represents all of the good things we seek to be: brave, honest, true, happy, and generous of spirit. The bad wolf represents greed, anger, selfishness, arrogance, hatred, scarcity and fear. In all we do we need to ask ourselves “Which wolf are we feeding?” Do you agree? What are your thoughts on competition?

Inner "My" teaching me who am "I" My Inner "self" want's to be soo close to "My" identity. More they tend to connect, more I find "Myself". But the challenge here is "you". Do you know "yourself" as I know "myself"?. If not, how do we understand "ourselves"? Socializing is a natural instinct that every human is bond to yearn for. Everyone is fighting to least know "oneself" better as they observe others. But is it worth the learning and change of "My" identity as we gain maturity? For what is this society teaching us? Do we have many safe space to socialize in the society? If knowing others "self" will only damage "Myself", why try in itself? Self-identified Introverts called "l", can be made by the society if these simple logic get's complicated. That's exactly what we are witnessing in these years. How many of you feel like "I" love connecting with people. But "you"? I'm not sure. I mean all of you.

What if conflict and controversy could be transformed into opportunity? What if division and strife could foster unity and spiritual growth? What if we could approach divisive political, social and cultural problems without trying to win converts? What if we come together in love rather than stand divided in anger? "Stay away from politics and religion.” We’ve all heard this rule, right? It’s meant to avoid conflict. But what’s the cost of silence? We lose the chance to understand their real impact. We miss discussions that shape our lives and society. As a spiritual teacher, I’ve been called out for talking about politics. But here’s why I do it: 1/ Spirituality sets our values. What do we truly stand for? What principles guide us? 2/ Morality turns those values into action. How do we behave daily? Are we consistent with our beliefs? 3/ Politics decides how those values take form. Do policies reflect justice? Are compassion and equality prioritized? These aren’t separate. They’re deeply connected. Justice and equality need all three. Yes, it’s uncomfortable. But growth often is. Silence isn’t my choice. What about you? Do you see these connections in your work or life? PS: 📍 How do you handle tough, meaningful conversations? Let’s discuss this together!
