Another great two day session with Suk Gill - Global Trainer/Coach inspiring and developing the Spitfire Network Services Ltd graduates. My two main takeaways: 1️⃣ Sales Cadence: As a sales person your method of sales outreach is everything for increasing your customer base. Using a variety platforms and message techniques give you the best chance of reaching potential customers. 2️⃣ Customer’s Perspective: It is really important to reflect and put your self in the shoes of your customers. If they don’t value your expertise and advice they will have very low loyalty. As an account manager you have to look at how you can strengthen your customer relationships. #sales #accountmanagement #training
