**Avis aux amateurs de galères : si vous cherchez à vivre la pire expérience client de votre vie, je vous recommande vivement d’acheter un produit Samsung (électroménager, et surtout réfrigérateur)** Le SAV, ce département censé être le cœur de n’importe quel business, semble être un concept totalement étranger à Samsung Maroc. Il y a quelques années, j’ai acheté un réfrigérateur. Comme tout objet, il peut tomber en panne, et c’est exactement ce qui s’est passé. J’ai signalé le problème au service concerné le 06/07. Depuis, c’est le début d’un véritable cauchemar : appels, relances et bien sûr, 1600 MAD de frais hors garantie… le tout pour revenir à la case départ, en pleine canicule estivale. Les questions que je me pose depuis : - Pourquoi Samsung Maroc prétend avoir un SAV et une garantie produit s’ils ne peuvent pas honorer cette clause ? - Pourquoi est-ce à moi d’appeler, rappeler et relancer le Centre et vos prestataires ? Mon ticket est toujours ouvert, et personne (Service qualité, Service client) ne semble se demander pourquoi. - Pourquoi Samsung Maroc ne répond pas à mes réclamations, qu’elles soient écrites (par email) ou orales (par téléphone) ? Merci Samsung Maroc pour cette expérience client inoubliable !

Samsung went down the hill in few years. Their phones especially. I started to be with Samsung since 2015. Have old phones which still work fine. But new phone after s20 series all are garbage. S21 has display off issue. Display goes off when someone calls you and it restart itself. S22 Ultra has connectivity issue signals drops regularly and you can even make and receive calls in same area where all other phones work with same sim card. S23 and also S22 has a line or mark on the screen issue. I am afraid to try S24. It must have some kind of issue too I believe. Samsung started to use low quality parts in the phones and its electronics. I called their customer service helpnline regarding s22 ultra connectivity issue and they were only able to read me thier policies and stuff no actual help now i emailed their manager to get the issue fix let see how their manager responds. Will update here. Also I bought new Samsung washer. It worked about couple of years and then motherboard went bad $250 plus repair. While my brother have 5 years old mytag washer still running without any problem.

Podrían tener ética al momento de fabricar y dejar de hacer artículos desechables , como es posible vendan un producto en $500 US$ y no se pueda reparar porque está diseñado para ser desechables a los 3 años de uso , una vergüenza como compañía Global , el servicio post-venta , malísimo , no cansare de decir que no recomiendo la Marca como tal , productos desechables con $ elevados , estoy horrorizada.

Do not buy Samsung, the appliances are of very poor quality at very high prices. I have a 2 year old dishwasher. In May it stopped working. They sent me a service company that charged me $220,000 because they changed a spare part, but it could not be repaired due to the lack of another spare part that was to arrive the following week. From May to today, many weeks have passed, as many as there are in seven months and my dishwasher worth almost 2 million pesos does not work. Samsung has no warranty, no after-sales service and no service. They are very bad. They made a name for themselves with cell phones and with the rest they leave a lot to be desired!!! UNPRESENTABLE.

Sir/ Ma'am Its very saddening to inform that SAMSUNG INDIA has failed to deliver the Washing machine i ordered on 6 Oct 24 (22358804386) 12 kg BESPOKE AI ,AI WASH and has canceled my order on 16 Oct 24 and deducted cancelation charges too shamelessly. I ordered it again on 17 Oct 24 ( 22362346795)Today I received a msg from Delhivery that the product is out for delivery and yet again none turned up.  I had forewarned the service team via email and call to ensure PROMPT delivery by closely monitoring. Yet no one in SAMSUNG has bothered to do their bit .I HEREBY EXPRESS MY DISPLEASURE AND ANGUISH that YOUR INCOMPETANT TEAM NEEDS SERIOUS SERVICE UPGRADE.PL ACT I don't know how to handle this any better than writing mail to you.You may call me on 7261987268 to inform that the issue has been successfully resolved by you .

Samsung es la peor marca de todas, como ofrecen al mercado celulares de alta gama como el z y no dan garantía por su nefasto aparato que de abrir y cerrar se daña su pantalla y no responden garantías. no compren , no responden , se hacen los locos al momento de responder , supongo que a muchos les pasa . Un celular de casi 5 millones y no dura ni 5 meses son de lo peor.
