The worst service and Ai ecosystem of samsung which I am facing since couple of months using Samsung smart Tv,Front load washing machine and double door fridge,faced problem with washing machine it resolved but now facing problem with fridge since 2-3 months the worst service center and services of engineers seems we are using service in just free of cost no proper response no proper resolution I chased a lot…. The problem is my fridge is not turning on seems issue with Pcb I raised request with service center they told me they ordered it we will repair once received then I tried to call them no response from there side then lately again they told we ordered it and this cycle is running since 15 days no proper resolution we are facing many problems without fridge. I am living in Bhopal capital of M.P. But samsung is unable to run their services center properly. Please don’t buy it anymore ….after some time you will feel it’s like a garbage Samsung Electronics just bringing it to your notice kindly look into it otherwise there are many reason to downfalls
I ordered Samsung s23 ultra mobile from Amazon dated 13'oct'24 and It was delivered at 15'oct'24. After unboxing the product, I saw a dent mark at the back side of mobile So I decided to replace it as I ordered a new cellphone Why I will use dented one. Then I raised a replacement request over Amazon , Next day technician visit at home and after verify he said that It will return or replace by the samsung service centre as per the policy ( 7 days return/replace by service centre).Then I booked an appointment over service center and visit there at 17'oct'24, After listening there statement I totally shocked "Phone to already khula hai bhai hum isko nhi replace kr skte" cellphone is already opened So we cannot replace it. please contact Amazon or Samsung customer care. I called both Samsung as well as Amazon customer care, they did few investigation and finally said Sorry we can't help you in this. I just want to know one thing, Is there anyone else who purchased new cellphone and it will open it or it will go at normal mobile shop and say "Lo bhai nikal lo isme se sb While your handset is under warranty and Amazon has a policy to replace with in 7 days. I purchased my Samsung TV on Aug 13,2024 and within a few days, lines began appearing on the display. I have captured both photos and videos to document the issue. I contacted customer support, they assisted me virtually and confirmed the presence of the lines, and scheduled an engineer visit. However during the engineer visit the lines were not present so he denied to take any action. Does this mean that the evidence I provided was fake?? I didn’t expect such poor service from Samsung and I won’t recommend to purchase Samsung to anyone I am requesting immediate assistance including either replacement or refund Best Regards Jaswinder Singh 9899685928

Horrible customer service. We purchased a Samsung QLED 8K 65 inch television (model # QN65QN800AFXZ) August of 2021. A $3500 television. We were only offered one year warranty at the time of purchase. The television now has lines going across the screen and it will randomly shut off. We asked if we could purchase an extended warranty to reach five years from purchase (a 1 year and 9 month warranty) and we were told no. We asked this because right now in stores if you buy this tv you get a five year warranty. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran now and we don’t have the funds to replace a $3500 tv. Our cheap Walmart Vizio tv has lasted us 10 years and no issues. We won’t be buying any Samsung products anymore as they don’t seem to make products last these days.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with Samsung's customer support, I have yet to receive a refund for a product I did not purchase. Worst company with no after sales service. Please resolve my ticket with S2P2 reference number 20240928205616482 that is pending since 2 months. I am calling customer care everyday since last 2 months but no one cares to solve the issue. All I am getting is fake promises. I am not left with no other choice but to file a complaint with local police and consumer forum. Samsung India #worstcompanysamsung
After a decade of use, both of our Samsung refrigerators have unexpectedly failed. Despite one being within its 10-year compression warranty, Samsung's support has been wholly inadequate. We've faced numerous delays, excuses, and ultimately, a meager 10% coupon refund. This, after providing bank details for a promised cheque refund, is a clear breach of trust. This disheartening experience has shattered our trust in Samsung. We strongly advise against purchasing their products, especially given their recent marketing of 20-year compression warranties.
