Founders, Here are the 4 Big Mistakes I Made while running a #Blockchain #Defi startup. Don't repeat them ! 1. Early Token Launches Creating tokens early can cause much focus on the token price rather than the project's unique value proposition. The truth is, focusing too much on the token price can distract from developing the project's unique utility. Not to mention compliance issues. 2. Hiring Rush Right team, right results. In the initial phase, I hired people quickly to fill roles, but some didn't align well with our vision, leading to misalignments and headaches. 3. Not Empowering The Team "Leadership is about empowering others and focusing on the big picture." Initially, I struggled with letting go of operational tasks and day-to-day coding. I was too busy coding, rather than networking, sales, and strategy, limiting our growth. 4. Focusing on Tech rather than Sales and Marketing Neglecting sales and content marketing can be detrimental. Early on, I focused heavily on the technical aspects and overlooked the importance of sales and marketing. Blockchain is all around attention marketing. ----- Reflecting on these mistakes has been invaluable in my journey as entrepreneur.
